Paul-Lafleur Pavilion

This spacious, state-of-the-art student residence includes 30 double-occupancy rooms with 1 shared bathroom per 4 people. All rooms have a microwave oven and small refrigerator. It is also home to the Student Services office, the Media Library, a laundry room ($), a common area and four practice rooms each furnished with a piano.

The lodging studios

The Lodging Studios @ DFC are 30 one-bedroom apartments with kitchenette that house faculty members during the summer. The building also houses a laundry room ($) as well as five practice and conference rooms each furnished with a piano.

The dorms

This quaint historic building has been housing students since the Academy’s very first season. It can house up to 4 students in each of its 8 apartments, each with a gorgeous view of the St. Lawrence River. Recently renovated, each unit is equipped with a sink, microwave oven, small refrigerator, shower and toilet.

The Joseph-Rouleau Pavilion

One of the most important buildings on the premises, it houses the cafeteria (250-people capacity), a 2000 square-foot multifunctional room, an outdoor terrace for Sunday brunch and student concerts and 5 practice rooms each furnished with a piano.
