Simple studios 

These simple studios have one private bedroom with a queen bed or two single beds, a common area and a private bathroom.

In the common area are a sofa-bed, a dining table and chairs and kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and kitchen sink.

Every simple studio can be turned into a communicating studio. To choose this option, please add the pair of studios (B1 & B2, etc...) you wish to book under the same transaction, by making sure to choose the same date range for each. Once you chose a particular studio, you will find a shortcut to its corresponding communicating studio under "Related Products" at the bottom of the page.

Pets
Pets are accepted in most studios for an extra charge of $15 per night. Please phone us before reservation as to ensure availability.

Laundry room
A laundry room is available on site. Costs are $1.50 for the washer and $1.25 for the dryer. Laundry detergent can be purchased on site for a cost of $2.

Discounts
For stays of 5 or 6 nights, save $10 per night.
For stays of 7 nights or more, save $15 per night.

Cancellation policy
30 to 21 days before check-in: 10 % cancellation fee.
20 to 8 days before check-in: 30 % cancellation fee.
7 to 1 day before check-in: 50 % cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours before the start of your stay, no refunds are possible. However, it is possible to reschedule your stay for a later date.

Parking 
A free parking area is located in front of the DFC Rental Studios housing complex.

Electric vehicles
Two EV charging stations are available free of charge to DFC Rental Studios visitors.
