Important Notice

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If a concert is cancelled, tickets may be refunded or exchanged for another of equal value. Service fees are non-refundable, except for concerts that are cancelled.

Running late? Remember that you must wait for an appropriate moment to take your seat without disturbing others. Latecomers are not entitled to refunds or exchanges.

No photos please! Out of respect for the artists, please turn off cell phones and leave cameras at home.
